Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your TraceKeys purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• The item must be in its original packaging

To start a return, contact us at elitesourcefl@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status and process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-returnable items: Customized or personalized keychains are final sale.

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
